Well, SEO is a never ending & ever-changing platform. Recently Gary Illyes was asked a question by a digital agency on twitter regarding H1 tags usage. The question was, “How many H1 tags can be used on a single web page?” In response, Gary said “Semantically 1 is correct iirc, but we don’t actually care how many you’re using”

So basically H1 tags are not that much relevant for search engine ranking improvement or worsening. But these tags should be surely utilized in a measured amount as too many of these can be a distraction to the users & lesser will make the content blurry to users.

So, Semanticall 1 time we can use & if we are using more than 1 time then Google doesn’t care about it.
